- CFI Services: $60.00

In order to rent a Cessna 172, you must:

• Complete a check-out with one of our CFIs (~one hour of flight at $205/hour) - REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW RENTERS, NO EXCEPTIONS

• Provide a copy of a government-issued ID, your pilot’s license, medical certificate

• Provide a copy of your current non-owned aircraft renter’s insurance

• Completed Rental Agreement

• Pay a $50 administrative fee (non-refundable)

• Maintain $150 in your account as a minimum balance requirement OR fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form
